Overview
KartuStok is an inventory movement application for companies that need a clear record of stock in, stock out, stock transfer, and stock correction. The guide is written as a working manual for administrators, warehouse teams, supervisors, finance users, and integration users.
Use this guide when setting up a new company, training a warehouse team, reviewing a transaction process, or checking why a menu or field is not available.
Standard Flow
This flow shows the usual path from company setup to daily stock operations. Use it as a quick map before opening the detailed pages.
The first stages focus on company setup: login, settings, role access, and master data. After that, warehouse users record daily stock transactions, while supervisors or owners use reports to review balances, movements, and documents that need to be printed or exported. Features such as custom forms, pricing, imports, templates, and API access can be enabled gradually based on operational needs.
